Shipping policy

At PeacePod, we want your order to arrive safely and without unnecessary stress. All PeacePod orders are shipped using our Aremax Store-to-Door delivery service.

1. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is:

8–14 days

Your order will be delivered directly to the address provided during checkout.

Please note that the 8–14 day timeframe is an estimated delivery period and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of PeacePod's control, including courier delays, public holidays, customs procedures, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Store-to-Door Delivery

PeacePod uses Aremax Store-to-Door delivery for orders.

This means your order will be delivered to the delivery address you provide during checkout.

Please ensure that your:

  • Full name
  • Delivery address
  • Contact number
  • Email address

are entered correctly when placing your order.

PeacePod cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

3. Order Processing

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order for shipment.

You will receive relevant order or shipping updates where tracking information is available.

Please note: The estimated 8–14 day delivery period refers to the shipping/delivery timeframe. If a separate order-processing period applies, this will be communicated to you.

4. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking information is available, we will provide the relevant tracking details so that you can follow the progress of your order.

If you have received tracking information but it has not updated for a period of time, please allow for normal courier processing before contacting us.

If you believe your parcel may be delayed or lost, contact PeacePod with your order number and we will assist you in following up on the shipment.

5. Delivery Delays

Although we work to get your order to you within the estimated 8–14 day timeframe, occasional delays can happen.

Examples include:

  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Customs or clearance delays
  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Severe weather
  • Unforeseen logistical disruptions

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate the status of your shipment.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional delivery costs may apply where permitted by law and the circumstances of the delivery.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice that you have entered incorrect information.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or an item is missing, please contact PeacePod as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographs of the package/product where appropriate

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

South African consumer law provides protections concerning goods that are defective, unsafe or do not meet applicable quality requirements.

8. Delivery Costs

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

If free shipping is offered on a particular product, promotion or order, the applicable conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase.

9. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights you have under applicable South African law.

Where the law provides you with rights relating to delivery, defective goods, cancellation or refunds, those rights continue to apply.

The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 provides consumer protections relating to delivery and the quality and safety of goods.
